Nicolas Prieur, founder of Presenza Europe
I have lived in Lyon for twenty years, and before that I lived and worked in England, Spain, Italy, Germany and Switzerland. There I learned the languages, but above all how things really get done on the ground.
I started out in luxury hospitality, a demanding school where service is judged on the details. I then led sales teams and set up businesses in very different sectors: real estate, for private and professional clients, B2B organic products and renewable energy. I have also imported products from Italy and Greece. Each time, I had to quickly understand a new environment and new people. That is what I enjoy doing.
I created Presenza Europe to put this experience at the service of people who need someone they can trust where they cannot be. Based in Lyon, I work in France, Italy, Spain and Greece, always with the same rule: careful service, clear reports, and the decision always stays with you.
